14 oz. 100% soy wax. Handmade in Guerrero, hand-poured in Tejas. 

Instructions while using: 

~ Remove any large herbs or crystals that may interfere with flame before burning      

~ Decorative candle, unless you remove large herbs or crystals before burning                   

~ Make sure your wick is 1/4" inches long prior to each burn.

~ Recommended burn: 3-4 hours at a time.

~ Do not leave a candle unattended while burning.

~ Keep away from drafts and flammable items.

~ Discontinue use when only 1/4" of wax remains.

What payment methods can I use?

We offer 35 different payment methods including major providers like Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, American Express and ApplePay/GooglePay

When's the next restock?

Luz y Tierra offers monthly restocks and new items. Due to the nature of our handmade vessels, not all items are restocked at the same time. Follow our social media pages such as @luzytierra_ on Instagram for updates or subscribe to our emails to get notified of new restocks.

How long will my order take to ship?

Pease be advised that order processing may take between 1-14 business days. Note that we are working to expedite delivery times. Luz y Tierra will send confirmation and tracking information to the email address provided at checkout.

We understand the significance of your purchase and are committed to delivering it to you as soon as possible.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

Option A: If a change of address needs to be made, email us as soon as possible at orders@luztierra.com

Option B: If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then contact our Customer Service to cancel the incorrect order. If you need to make changes to an order, please keep in mind that we may not able to remove or exchange items if it is sold out.

Do you accept returns?

We do not currently offer returns. There are some exceptions, contact orders@luztierra.com for more information. If you return is accepted, you will be responsible to cover all costs of returning any items to Luz y Tierra. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.

How do I cancel my order?

If an order needs to be canceled, please email orders@luztierra.com with your name, order number and any additional information, requesting your order cancelation. Please note, if your order has already been shipped out, we are not able to cancel the order.

Can I purchase items with another currency?

Yes, you may select a currency based on your personal preference. When you select your country in the country selector on the upper right of the website or are taken directly to your country’s version of the website, you will see prices listed in the regional currency.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout and is priced based on order weight.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Luz y Tierra is not responsible for delays due to customs.

My candle arrived damaged, what can be done?

Luz y Tierra is not responsible for small damages to items once they are shipped and delivered to you. (includes small chips or cracks) Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is fully damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we may evaluate the issue and offer a solution. In some instances, we might not be able to replace or exchange an item. In these cases, Luz y Tierra may process a partial or full refund for the damaged item. Please keep in mind that items are handmade and occasionally may have imperfections. As a small business, Luz y Tierra will always try its best to resolve and offer the best customer service possible.
