The Process & Timeline
To ensure we can create the perfect product for your event, we recommend starting the conversation a minimum of 2-3 months in advance. Here is a general timeline and process you can expect for a custom order:
1. Initial Inquiry & Consultation: Send us your initial message with all the details. We will review your request and get back to you within 2-3 business days to discuss your vision, provide a quote, and answer any questions you have.
2. Placing the Order & Payment: A 50% deposit is due at the time you place your order. Once the deposit is received, we will begin the process of creating your mini candles.
3. Production & Creation: We will give you an estimated timeframe during the consultation phase. Usually it takes 2-3 months to complete an order.
4. Final Payment & Delivery: The remaining 50% balance, plus shipping costs, is due when your order is complete. You can also arrange to pick up your order from our warehouse. Your order will be ready 2-3 weeks prior to your event date to ensure timely delivery.
